We understand the investment you and your family have in a ‘seasonal’ home away from home.  With your seasonal property comes constant upkeep, maintenance and renovation. Whatever your needs, seasonal open and/or close, major renovations, window replacements, deck refinishing or simply just keep the driveway clear of snow in the winter months, we provide the most detailed service available through our construction services in the greater York area. 

We are here to provide you with ‘hands-on while your away’ approach to working through your needs while you are in other locations. Seasonal Property Management:
Just don’t have the time to close up or open the seasonal home?  Let us help you enjoy your time away from home as efficiently as one should! Whether it is opening the property for the season, managing the landscapers, plumbers and seasonal maintenance, or closing, installing window shutters, and shutting down -- have piece of mind with J&W.  We will continually keep you up-to-date as the winter rolls in, providing emails, and live pictures so you feel connected without the worry of ‘being away’.   The off-season is also a good time for the execution and/or management of home improvement projects. Snow Plowing/Removal:
Whatever your snow removal needs are; residential, seasonal, and commercial, we provide timely, meticulously manicured plowing services. We work with crush stone and stone dust, servicing driveways, private roads, and parking areas. We will turn contracts away before we overload on clients to ensure our service areas are properly maintained and manicured. J&W also works with local excavating companies for when that “snow fall” is just too much in one season and may require actually removing snow from the properties. Sanding and salting are additional services available through one of our F450 dump trucks.
