With over 24 years of experience from landscape management and hydro seed sales, to commercial and residential construction management. Union experience in Massachusetts, logging experience in Alaska. The coast of Maine has been near to John’s family for generations. This area has been a place he has longed to live for quite some time. Behind every successful man . . . Tracy brings years of administrative experience, with a knack for ‘seeing the whole picture.’ Permits to outlet plate finishes and websites, marketing and processes, to the vision of a space in all four seasons, homeowners and subcontractors work very easily with Tracy. Like John, the coast of Maine has been near to her family as well, and after spending some time away, Tracy simply puts it as: “it was time to simplify my life in order to raise the kids and simplify theirs – unplug, relax and just be” what better place to do this.

About Us..
Living our lives as whole as can be.. doing so here in Southern Maine, by the sea has always been a vision for both of us as a couple, but prior to that as individuals.
Our calling is to sooth one's soul, providind comfort, solace, clarity and direction. Our long term goal is, to one day own a Bed and Breakfast, with a great local pub on the first floor that caters to all types of "pants." Within our property/inn we will offer spiritual workshops, retreats, and seminars that will be what creates the energy within.
However, we are realistic, and priorities and family call first. Through construction services and consulting, we can provide our clients with best customer service/client relationships around.
By using the 'Water Drop' mark as our signature, it is sign of where we are headed, the mind set in which we use to get there, and a visual common thread to attract clients/business partners and peers who think and have similar ideologies as we do.
We are so enjoying the 40's of our life, and where we are, and hope that through our years of experience, professionalism, and dedication you will choose us.
